Overview
Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days (90-day warranty for defective items with core return). During the first 30 days, we will refund/exchange your purchase for almost any reason. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can not offer a full refund or exchange.
We ship items with a prepaid return shipping label included in the box. If you ship the defective item you are replacing back to us, our refund/returns policy is extended to 90 days for defective items only.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Please contact us prior to shipping your return back to us. In appropriate circumstances, we may offer installation advice or offer an exchange to swap the item to be returned for a different item in our inventory.
Core Returns
We ship items with a prepaid return shipping label included in the box. You may use the prepaid label for a core return. If you ship the defective item you are replacing back to us, our refund/returns policy is extended an additional 60 days (90 days total) for defective items only. During the first 30 days after receipt, we will refund/exchange your purchase for almost any reason. Between 60-90 days, we will refund/exchange your purchase if it becomes defective.
Ship core returns only after you are fairly certain you do not intend to return your purchase. Core returns may be dismantled immediately and can not be returned to you. If you request a return on your original purchase after sending a core return, we will refund your payment but not return your core back to you.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
We will process your refund after receiving your return. After your refund is processed, a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. It may take up to a week for your refund to post to your account.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received your refund in a timely fashion, first double-check which payment method you used and check your account statement again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Exchanges
If you need to exchange your purchase for the same item, send us a message to initiate the process. If you accidentally ordered the wrong part for your vehicle, please contact us for advice regarding compatibility.
Shipping returns
To return your product, you may use the prepaid shipping label included with your purchase. If you did not get a prepaid shipping label, please contact us and we will provide one.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
Returns must be packaged with adequate protection. Please retain the shipping box and cushioning so you can reuse it for a possible return. The security tape on the unit must remain intact. The item must not be dismantled in any way. We use multiple methods to detect fraud, returns that show signs of tampering or component swapping will not be accepted and any attempted fraud will be reported.
